As of Tuesday, March 12 2019, all H-1B petitions are eligible for premium processing by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). All current petitions may be upgraded and new petitions may be filed with a request for premium processing. Experts are unsure if premium processing will continue after the first week of April, when H-1B cap petitions are filed.
